These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and 4WARD FTP Entertainment Inc. ("4WARD FTP," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the website located at 4wardent.com (the "Site") and any services, events, or content offered through it.
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. All ticket sales for 4WARD FTP events are processed exclusively through TicketGateway, a third-party ticketing platform. By purchasing a ticket, you also agree to TicketGateway's terms of service and privacy policy, in addition to these Terms.
Each ticket is valid for one (1) person for the specific event and date indicated. Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly permitted by TicketGateway. Resale of tickets above face value is prohibited and may result in ticket cancellation without refund.
All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in the event that 4WARD FTP cancels an event entirely. In the case of a postponement, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you must contact TicketGateway directly within the timeframe specified in their refund policy. 4WARD FTP is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred in connection with attending or planning to attend an event.
4WARD FTP reserves the right to modify event lineups, schedules, venues, or other details at any time. Changes to supporting acts or event programming do not entitle ticket holders to a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes via our website and social media channels.
Attendance at any 4WARD FTP event is subject to the following conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue without refund and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.
All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of 4WARD FTP Entertainment Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our Site without our prior written consent, except as follows: you may print or download a single copy of pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the materials and you retain all copyright and proprietary notices.
Any content, feedback, suggestions, or other material you submit to us through the Site ("User Submissions") is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting such content, you grant 4WARD FTP a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Submissions in any medium. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to your User Submissions and that they do not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE TICKET OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including TicketGateway, social media platforms, and mapping services. These links are provided for your convenience only. 4WARD FTP has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. When you leave our Site, we encourage you to read the privacy policy and terms of service of every website you visit.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately upon posting and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter.
